Refund policy

If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you're missing an item, contact us at info@sabaaelite.com with images of the fault. All claims need to be made within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Please treat our members with respect. Abusive or aggressive behaviors such as yelling, bullying, swearing, or discriminatory remarks will not be tolerated.

​We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

ALL JEWELRY/ACCESSORIES -- Phone Cases, Face Masks, Crowns, Meditation Tools, Home Decor are FINAL SALE.

Due to the limited nature of items Custom Orders and apparel that is made with custom measurements (ex: SABAA ELITE Suits, Dresses, and Sets) are not eligible for a refund. You may request an exchange if item is faulty (with images of the fault) within 7 days of receiving your order.

SABAA reserves the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 7-day period or the return of any item which is not in the same condition as when received. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 2-3 weeks. Customer will be responsible for any return postage costs.

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WHEN: 

• Items are in their original condition.
• Items are in their original packaging.
• Garments are unworn, unwashed and unstained.

 

WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING: 

• Products received without authorization.
• Products purchased during a promotional sale period (more than 30% off) or on markdown/final sale.
• Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
• Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odor

• Custom orders or made to order items are not eligible for refund

• Products that are marked or damaged in any way.

Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, the returned item WILL NOT be sent back to the consumer.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders, made to order items, or personalized items). Crowns & Hats are final sale.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Please contact us at info@sabaaofficial.com if you would like to request an exchange. Exchanges will have to be approved within 14 days of purchase date.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-3 weeks. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
